Asian Trekking’s Mt. Ama Dablam Expedition 2013

22 NOVEMBER 2013:

Asian Trekking’s Autumn 2013 Ama Dablam expedition members successfully reached the summit on 17th Nov at 2:45 pm.Despite the difficult conditions on the mountain due to heavy snow early in the season, the climbers have successfully made it to the summit.


They returned back safely from the mountain and are in Kathmandu.

Summitters are John Arthur Black, Allan Dickinson and Warrren Neil Eva.

30 OCTOBER 2013:

Asian Trekking’s team for Mt. Ama Dablam Expedition 2013. The team left for Lukla on 28th are scheduled to reach Mt. Ama Dablam base camp on the 31st Oct.

20 OCTOBER 2013:

Asian Trekking’s three member team to international Mt. Ama Dablam Expedition 2013. The team is leaving to Lukla by a scheduled flight on 21st Oct and going to Island Peak for acclimatization . They expect to reach Mt. Ama Dablam base camp on the 31st Oct. Expedition is supported by Kwang Tamang and Birbal Tamang. Team from left Mr.Roland Hammann, Mr.Elias G.W.M.Schijlen, Ms.Nicole H.M.R.Von Wartburg and Dawa Sherpa.

11 OCTOBER 2013:

Asian Trekking’s three member team from Mexico to Mt. Ama Dablam north ridge arrived yesterday. The team is leaving to Lukla by a scheduled flight on 10th Oct and reaching base camp on the 13th Oct. Expedition is supported by climbing sherpas Nima Kanchha Sherpa and Lakpa Nuru Sherpa. Base camp cook is Nawang Pasang Sherpa.
